  4. Fetal Doppler report. I do to help it?

Hello doc, I am in my 29th week of pregnancy and in my latest growth scan report fetal Doppler indices were as follows:- Middle cerebral artery pi -1.9 Umbilical artery pi- 0.82 Cerebroplacental ratio- 2.317 My concern are the values normal or low ? Is it something to be worried about And what can I do to help it ? Kindly help.
