Hi sir/Madam, I had been TTC for three years and was undergone hysteroscopy three months ago. I was diagnosed with grade 3 Asherman syndrome. My doctor kept Fohley catheter for seven days and kept estrogen medication for three months. Now course is over and period came, what will be the next treatment to get pregnant?
