Fertility doubts

I have thyroidTSH 5.27 and pcod. Amh >10, high prolactin. Why should I take endogest tablet. What if I didn't intake that? Does taking endogest is mandatory After ovulation? Does it affect conceiving? What about normal progesterone in our body? What hormonal profile tests should I do to find overall hormones which s main for fertility? Plz Clear my queries

If your planning for pregnancy your TSH should be less than 2.5 so you need thyroid supplement. Usually in cases of pcos the progesterone is deficient so we need progesterone to support the pregnancy.

That's only to support pregnancy Tsh whn planning pregnancy should be less than 2.5 U can get ur s.progesterone levels checked If low u wud definitely need support
