Female hormonal issue

Hi, my age is 30 recently I have noticed underchin hair growth and heavy mensuration with some PMS symtoms. I had my hormones tested on 3rd day of mensuration. My serum testosterone is 2.43 nmol/L. Serum progesterone is 1.10ng/L. Is it normal? Or do I need to take any medication??

Your Testosterone levels are high. Your progesterone level is marginally raised. You should have investigations to see the state of the ovaries. It is too technical problem, you should consult with an Endocrinologist or Gynaecological Endocrinologist for further treatment.
