Mostly its due to b12 deficiency because its causes peripheral neuropathy and reversible dementia, so mainly neurological symptoms causes by b12 deficiency. You can take supplements like Methylcobalamin 1500mcg once weekly basis for 3 months along with d3 -cholecalciferol 60k simultaneously.

Your fasting glucose of 93 mg/dL and HbA1c of 5.2% are normal, so diabetes is unlikely. However, these tests do not show what your glucose is during the episode. Check your blood sugar immediately when the hunger, heaviness or weakness occurs; true hypoglycaemia requires a documented low glucose, usually below 70 mg/dL.
Next Steps
Please visit a physician within the next few days for examination and tests such as CBC/haemoglobin, thyroid profile, liver/kidney function and electrolytes. Vitamin B12 and D deficiency should be treated, but they do not usually explain sudden severe hunger alone. Meanwhile, avoid prolonged fasting and take regular balanced meals containing protein, fibre and complex carbohydrates rather than only sweets or refined foods
Health Tips
Go to the emergency department immediately if you develop fainting, confusion, severe sweating, tremors, palpitations, difficulty speaking, chest pain, or a documented very low glucose level.
