My son reyansh 1.5 year old fell down while walking A small rub in face . please suggist a medice for fast recovery and suggist medicine for no scares after recovery .

It's a minor Superficial abrasion. Kindly apply Soframycin Ointment locally and once it scabs apply Thromboscar Gel until it fully heals.
