Hello I understand your concern. Was any X-Ray taken during her visit to the doctor? Is there any numbness or tingling sensation over her legs and foot. If yes, then she has to undergo further evaluation. If not, then simple bed rest for a minimum of 1 week is necessary. I would strongly suggest getting an X-ray of L.S spine to rule out any other complications due to fall.

Many a times due to fall from stairs on back leads to fracture of tail bone... So I will advice u to go for an x-rays so tat we can confirm tat its not a fracture. My advice for pain is Tab nucoxia mr 1 tab two times daily. Rest as prescribed in prescription. But yes get an x-ray done to rule out fracture.

Seems soft issue injury. She should take rest . You can add tab mobizox 500 mg x tds for 2 days .
