Feelings of negativity and fear

In the last year I have had an experience of panic attack and till date I have had 4-5 panic attacks. The experience has been very fearful and I consulted a lot of psychiatrist who advised me some medication and breathing exercises. I took the medication but I did not feel good after taking since I felt I was not in control and experienced loss of appetite because of it. I started breathing exercises and it has helped but sometimes the fear gets overwhelming a lot. I want to overcome this fear of panic attack and because of this fear I feel I may die and it's very challenging to get my thought process right. Last year was very stressful on my mind and body and I guess because of this I started having panic attacks. How can I overcome this fear without medication and never get such a bad feeling.

You need to consult a psychiatrist and discuss your problem in detail with him. He will assess your problem regarding psychosocial factors in your life and how to handle them. Relaxation techniques and meditation etc may also help.
