I am feeling weakness and severe headache from 03 days had mild fever .but now fever don't have but this headache and tiredness doesn't go yet please advice any medication

Take Dolo 650mg twice daily for now. Since you are in your postpartum period tiredness can be a result of your delivery,hope you are continuing your iron and calcium tablets. Consult if symptoms persist or worsen.

Is the headache pulsatile??? How much was the fever?? Did you measure the fever?? Kindly provide the reading In general you can take Tab. Dolo 650 for headache.. Kindly consult online as this medicine will give temporary cure. Provide with the fever reading
