Feeling weakness and fatigue

Hello doctor I have stopped eating breakfast from 2 years. I always skip breakfast and take lunch at 2-3pm it's daily from 2 yrs now I'm feeling fatigue, weakness, muscle loss, bone aches. Does all these happens if we skip breakfast and eat lunch at 2-3PM? Please tell me

You have not mentioned your ht, wt. Let me know your diet. You need to investigate it thoroughly. Sudden development of weakness may be due to increasing outside temp. Drink plenty of water and electral powder. Avoid exposure to heat. Be in a cool place. Take bath with tap water twice a day.
