Feeling very odd due to unstable bite

During the bite correction phase for tmd I feel that my bite or occlusion i.e. the way my teeth fit together is very odd and it creates a unstable and uncomfortable bite...This make me feel very much odd, nervous, uncomfort and anxious. Is it normal to feel such things during bite correction phase for  tmd with braces? Can I examine my tmj to make a conclusion whether it is in good condition or not? Please help.

If the bite is disturbed a lot and you are feeling very uncomfortable then bring it to the notice of your Orthodontist. A little discomfort and resetting of bite is expected but not too much.
