Feeling too hot since second trimester

I am 27+3 days pregnant.. But since second trimester i am feeling too hot.. My palm always feel hot when touch to other one.. And when i measure Temperature orally is 99.7f..is any need of paracetamol or not?

In pregnancy ur body may feel warm because of high metabolism but the oral temp should not be more than 99.4 F, u should have an evaluation for fever.

99.7 deg is fever. You need some test for the same.
