Feeling tired all day

2022-07-18 12:09:49
Since few months I am feeling tired (not extreme fatigue but a mild low energy) and no motivation to work. I did my blood work last month and I had B12 and D deficiency. I thought deficiency could be a reason and started supplements, i also improved my nutrition but I still feel low energy, I don't feel like working, Low concentration, just want to keep taking naps and stay on bed watching videos. I am confused if I should see a psychiatrist? Since I am covering nutrition part, could there be any other reason

How low was your Vit B12 and Vit D? Ho long have you been taking the supplements for? These micronutrients take quite some time to replenish as firstly the stores which are depleted are filled and then you have to bring it to the level of maintenance. Therefore, it's significant to know about the level at which you started taking supplements. Consult at your convenience for better management.
