Feeling tingling in left hand .

My old doctor consult me that its roots are in my shoulder's vein. Their may be mild pinched nerve in shoulder. These symptoms are not so worst but i want some right suggestions.

Due to compression of nerve ur feeling tingling sensation, visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take electrical modalities treatment for 7-10days.after that start doing strengthing exercises to ur neck.

Kindly visit nearby physiotherapist and apply ultrasound (US) & IFT  for 7 to 9 session and doing strengthening ex. Apply ice pack on shoulder region twice for 3-5 days after that apply hot fermentation. Take 3 & 4 session of wax bath .

Nothing to worry, due to compression of nerve you are feeling pain and tingling. Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take IFT+US for a week  the pain will be reduced, after physio sessions ask for strengthening exercises which you can do at home daily for 4 weeks.
