Feeling sleepy but not sleeping

My son 1.5 month old feeling sleepy but not sleeping and crying continuously. Crying while breastfeeding also. Not able to understand why he is crying. Any specific reason?

Check nappies if wet,  redness in the nappy area Colic, burp well after feed Nose block? Is there noisy breathing?
