Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure it’s tough for you. The feeling of being scared is coming from the subconscious mind where you have stored some emotional trauma that you come in contact with when you lie down to sleep. Sleep helps you put you in touch with that trauma and also the dreams are a symptom of something traumatic if they seem to be nightmares. Sleep requires us to feel safe and calm and when that doesn’t happen we aren’t able to be calm which causes insomnia. We have to create a safe space for you to process that inner trauma that you are storing in which we will help you emotionally release the emotions you are storing which are causing the sleeplessness and the traumatic. This will help you find inner peace and calm and restore sleep. You’re doing fine. Stay
Next Steps
I can help you work on this trauma and emotionally release whatever you are storing. Love and healing ❤️‍
