Drink plenty of water.
Take high fibre diet.
Avoid spicy and oily food.
Do some physical activity.
Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap.
Reduce your caffeine intake.
Avoid alcohol.
Stop smoking if you do.
If all these things not helping then you need some medicines.
