Feeling feverish and fatigue

Hi doctors, since yesterday I am feeling feverish , weak and fatigue, However I am eating well , my temperature varies from 97.8 to 98.8 whole day , what is this condition called , I am feeling energy less, Spo2 is also 98, No other symptom

Lethargy most probably, can be due to multivitamins and minerals deficiencies. Do yoga and meditation, regular exercises. Consullt privately for proper management and prescription
