Feeling dizzy and sometimes passing out

Hi Doctor, Am 36 year old female. From past 6 months, whenever I travel on a motor bike for More than 20 minutes and , am feeling dizzy and sometimes passing out. This doesn't happen when I ride bike myself. Happens only when am travelling as passenger. Don't have problem with car or any other modes of travelling. Please suggest what can be the issue. Thank you..
