Feeling dizziness and lightheaded

I have been experiencing dizzness and lightheadedness since the last 2 months. Whenever i stand or move my head it feels like i will faint. This feeling is there for 1-2 seconds. Apart from this i am always tired and fatigued even after sleeping for 10 hours and always feeling low and unmotivated. I am on a prescription SSRI fluoxamine 150 mg and also hypertensive since last 3 years for which i take Cresar AM 40/5. But my BP readings are always in normal range. I recently got my bloodwork done and everything was within range except vitamin B12 which was 185 and vitamin D which was 15.
