Oximeter measures oxygen saturation ( how much of your blood in the vessels are saturated with oxygen). Any value below 95 is a reason of concern. If you suffer from breathing difficulty, kindly consult a physician, do not ignore.

It can give indirect evidence. If you are feeling shortness of breath then your pO2 will be low.

Oximeter only tells about oxygen saturation in blood Shortness of breath is a something  you feel Because of some causes Please consult for further management
