Feeling de-motivated.

Sometimes I seem to have lost interest in what I do routinely. I procrastinate a lot and don’t feel as energised or enthusiastic about doing my work as much as I should I have. This affects my ability to achieve goals in my work. Its as if I feel very demotivated.
