Feeling chilly with no fever

I am feeling chilly at night with no fever as such. Also I feel body aches and fatigue and weakness. Happening from last two days. Getting a little stomach pain and sore throat. Also have pain radiating from lower back to left front below waist. Had a paracetamol last night. Need some help what should I do next !
