Feeling alone & depressed

I over think a lot and then I get sever headache. I am in a relation with my boyfriend but i always think that he doesnt loves me and that makes me too sad everyday and i always think about him. i am not able to enjoy my own life and think about myself. can you please help me out to come out of lonely feeling and start loving myself.
