Feel light headed after eating

I feel light headed after eating lunch and increase in heart beat too for few minutes. Because I work at night daily I sleep at 4 in morning due to which I wake up at 12 at afternoon and i skip my breakfast daily and directly take lunch. Why light headed and increase heart beat is happening after eating. I am a hypertension patient too I take telma beta 25/40 medicine daily after lunch
