My wife is having cold and sorethroat, may I know which medicine she can take ,she is giving breast feeding ,so please let me know

Betadine gargle.. two times daily before food with warm water Tab. Cetrizine 5mg once daily at night before bed  for five days Can take Tab. Azee 500mg once daily for 3 days after food Dolo 650mg for throat pain and fever

Should start with simple steam inhalation and and salt water/betadine gargles,plenty if fluids and rest.if condition doesnt improve in 2 days or worsens,cinsult a physician
