On dec 4th we went to a temple, it was rainy and my 1 year 4months girl baby got wet and it was too chill. In the evening she got seizure which last for 1min,followed by seizure she was little dull for 15mins and later she was very active.we admitted her  in the hospital and the temperature was normal no fever. At the time of admission her wbc count was 19.5.On dec 5 she got fever(103 degree). Fever last for next 2 days. Her MRI and EEG report is normal. Consulted pediatric neurologist  he said it as non febrile seizure and prescribed levipil for 2 years. But pediatrician says it as a febrile seizure since she has infection in the blood and ask us to give give levipil 1ml in morning and night for 3months.Is this a febrile seizure or non febrile seizure?  Should I need to give medicine for 2 years or 3months? No  history of seizure in our family

Advice of treating doctor is correct. Use medication as advised as it is international protocol and if you’re in doubt take second opinion so that you’re convinced to continue for 2 years.
Next Steps
Even if no family history febrile seizures can happen.
