What causes postpartum preeclampsia ?once the placenta is removed problem is solved then what causes high bp after delivery?
It is not postpartum PREECLAMPSIA.
It is postpartum ECLAMPSIA or postpartum hypertension.

Just remember that there can be many causes for raised BP other than placenta.
More males (than females) suffer from hypertension and they don't have placenta.
