It’s a very genuine fear for women to have in the initial part of pregnancy, but you have to have faith and be careful of any warning signs like persistent pain in abdomen, heavy bleeding with passage of clots, fever *\- rash. Try to surround yourself with more positive things and keep yourself busy with work.

More calm you remain you will have less complications.its very common to have such fear but try to overcome all these by doing some activity that diverts your mind and talk to your gynaecologist

Don’t worry . It’s a normal and expected fear . It’s kind of a fear of unknown . Everyone has it . Just go through the journey of pregnancy and slowly you will be better . You can attend antenatal classes to see other women facing the same challenges which will boost your confidence

Hello! Fear of delivery can be present in many women. If you find that it is causing a lot of distress and you are unable to manage it with stress relieving breathing exercises and Yoga, you can discuss with your gynecologist and if needed she can refer you to a psychiatrist who can help you manage it better. Don't worry we have seen many women improve with a little help from the expert doctors. It must be managed well to avoid other pregnancy related complications. High BP during health check ups is also quite common. You can check your BP once a day or on alternate days at home and chart it. Your gynecologist can then review and start treatment if required. Stay safe and stay happy!

You have to distract yourself from overthinking. You can't control the situation that is not in your hand. Just do yoga and meditation
