Fear of death

Small disease make me to fear of death. Like stomach pain, continuous eye blinking, headache. I thought they are drag me to death. I knew it is small problem. But i can't control that thoughts. Sometimes my heart beat very fast. At few seconds i collapsed. Getting fear of when my heart beat fast again. Can't sleep. My ECG is normal. If anybody dead i am thinking where they go. And also i put myself in that situation. I feel the pain of death. I don't want to die. Now am enjoying my family life. So am afraid of losing it. Every second it give me stress
