Fear of birth control pill side effects

I am on yamini contraceptive pill from last 7 months. I am not having any side effects but sometimes I get scared about this that it can be harmful and can cause myself blood clots etc. Whenever I get anything like pain in legs, headache, I thought that it is because of the pills. Does these are really the side effects or I am just overthinking. Please help me sometimes I think of quitting this.
