FATTY LIVER PROBLEM
I am suffering fatty liver last 2 year . My LFT
Report is sgpt -80 and sgot-60 . I have done usg and liver size is 15.9 cm . Currently no problem I am facing . But due to my work pressure i am not able to exercise or working regularly . My body wt is 65 kg and 22 years old . Actually i am fearing this issue. I am thinking like liver cirrocies or liver damage etc. Pls guide me

Please get a proper sonography report of the liver. Also get the latest liver function tests report. That may give some idea how badly the liver is affected.
Please remember that it is your body. If you don't have time to take exercise regularly, well no one else can do that job for you. If you want to blame doctors for all your ills then it is all right. But if you are genuinely concerned about your health then find time for exercise.
