I am non diabetic , non alcoholic. My lipid profile report is normal. My sgot is 30 but sgpt is 54. Is it very high? Earlier my usg report was mild fatty liver.  How to reduce sgpt level? Thank you.

Cut u r fatty food intake !! Take fibre food and and a balanced diet !!! Do some regular excersice n walking
