Sir I have gone through a regular check up and found that my ALT and ALP is always around 120 and 80 . So I was suggested to get ultrasound and result was fatty liver grade 3, Sir before the check up I usually find my self very weak and there is always palpitations in throat and chest mainly when I take heavy meals , sir is these symptoms are connected with fatty liver grade 3 , Because my heart related tests are all ok . Please suggest me sir what to do. And how much time it will take to recover, right now I m prescribed with Ursodeoxycholic acid tablet IP .
