I have taken vitamin E capsule for 2 months for alcoholic fatty liver I want to continue or stop the capsule?

Vitamin E capsules help improve fatty liver , but should not be continued for a very long time as it can lead to insulin resistance specially in diabetics Best is to do lifestyle modifications like reduce weight, exercise and follow healthy diet.
