Fatigue, Weakness, occasional Dizziness

B12 - 132pg/mL, VitD-26.8ng/mL, Hemaeglobin- 12.08gm/dl extreme fatigue, unable to do physical work for more than 10-15mins, unable to lead an active and normal life, after walking 700-800m on the road I feel like everything goes dark or I'm completely exhausted, Dry mouth. No other symptom at present. I have IBS and Anxiety disorder, taking Amitriptyline10 and Rifagut400. No stomach problems right now. took B12 shots in June 2023 when I complained of the same aforementioned symptoms, after that I was okay for around 5months. But the same symptoms reappeared 2-3 months ago.

Ur just 22 , vitamins are on low side.  U need to Start proper vitamins along with change in anxiety medication.  Need more history.  Are u vegetarian/non-vegetarian?? Thin/normal built? There are many other questions to ask for better advice and management.  Kindly consult for the same.  Dnt self medicate keep in mind.

Hi dear Is this a recent report or of June 2023 ? B12 deficiency and vitm d deficiency can occur back if u are not taking it enough from diet so it's better to keep on taking supplements time to time to maintain the stores . Kindly consult in case of further query Take care
