For mood swings and altered taste, it is a mixed approach. 1. Ask her to add more fibre based stuff in her diet.
2. Ask her to have plenty of water.
3. Take tab pantoprazole 40 mg before breakfast for next 3 to 5 days.
4. Start Cap Isoflavanoids 1 cap per day for next 30 days.
5. Eat more of soyabean.
6. Meditation and regular exercises will gradually show effect and will be helpful in long run.
