Hi why am getting body aches like hand pain shoulder pain eye brows paining legs paining backaches when I sleep for some time they go away am a feeding mother I feel like thirsty every time...is the deficiency of vit d ...what yo do suggestions me plzzzz

Your symptoms could be due to vitamin/mineral deficiency.You should do the blood investigations including CBC, electrolytes , calcium, fasting glucose level , vitamin d and thyroid function tests.

Could be vitamin d and calcium deficiency.your gynaecologist must gave prescribed calcium and iron tablets,so please take them regularly. Check vit d,blood sugar and thyroid levels please.

Vitamin D isn't the only culprit, many more things to be considered like Vit B12 , electrolytes , dietary habits etc.
