I am experiencing fatigue and frequent thirst from yesterday...i am currently at my workplace far from the place where i live ..what to do?

I would advise you to have ORS supplementation which should help you with your current condition. If the problem persists or worsens visit the nearest ER so that you can be evaluated and undergo the necessary investigations to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly.
