I feel tired and sleepy all day ,even after 7 hours of sleep and it has started to affect my studies.What Should I Do?

Please don't study for late hours as it disturbs our biological clock. Do take a balanced diet with more of fruits,salads,boiled eggs, vegetables, sprouts.Avoid junk food and ghee, butter.
