You haven't clearly mentioned if all of these thoughts are voluntary or some of them are not. Fantasy thinking is a normal process but excessive indulgence in it with relation to time spent, distraction from work or disturbing thoughts might indicate a disorder. Kindly discuss in detail with a psychiatrist for thorough evaluation.
