Urine tests are very sensitive and can pick very low levels of hcg. However its a visual test. Do the serum HCG levels and visit the Gynaecologist for advise

In early pregnancy it will take time for the line to get darker. A better method would be do a blood test called beta hCG. Ideally it should be done twice, 48 hours apart to see if the values are raising as per expected range for a normal pregnancy. An ultrasound scan may not show signs of pregnancy this early.

A faint line on a pregnancy test usually means very early pregnancy, when hcg levels are still low. The line may not get darker if the test is done too early or at different times of the day. To confirm, a blood test for serum beta-hcg is required, and it may need to be repeated after 48 hours. Based on the reports, proper guidance can be given.
