Hi, This is postural hypotension. When you stand up all of a sudden from sitting position, for fraction of seconds your blood flow to brain reduces. During then you will feel such symptoms. To prevent...make sure you hydrate yourself. Keep moving your legs before getting up. Isometric exercises performed for 30 seconds before and during standing—such as crossing the legs tightly, clenching fists, or tensing leg and abdominal muscles—compress veins and mechanically force blood upward. Bolus Water Drinking: Drinking 300 to 500 mL of cold water quickly (within 5 minutes) Salt Intake Escalation: Under strict medical supervision. Mechanical Compression: Wearing waist-high compression stockings or a wide abdominal binder minimizes blood pooling in the lower body. Post-Meal Care (Postprandial Adjustments): To counteract blood pooling in the digestive tract, switch to small, frequent, low-carbohydrate meals

Your symptoms are suggestive of Orthostatic/Postural Hypotension. Kindly check if you are having any palpitations, chest pain, breathlessness, severe dizziness, repeated fainting episodes. If any of the symptoms are consistent with your current condition then you might need a Cardiologist or General Physician consultation and proceed with ECG, ECHO.
Next Steps
In case of you are stable at present, kindly avoid standing up immediately from sitting position or vice versa. Take your sweet time, maintain your sitting position for some time and slowly stand up. This will prevent any kind of vertigo episodes. In the meantime, kindly avoid fasting. Eat regular meals and adequate fluids.

What you are describing sounds like a brief episode of dizziness or light-headedness on standing, which can happen when blood pressure temporarily drops after changing position. Your usual blood pressure of around 100/60 is on the lower side but can be normal if you otherwise feel well. For now: Get up slowly—sit for a few seconds before standing. Keep yourself adequately hydrated. Avoid standing suddenly after prolonged sitting or lying down. If it happens again, sit or lie down immediately so you don't fall. Eat regular meals and avoid prolonged fasting. If possible, check your blood pressure and pulse while lying/sitting and again after standing.
Next Steps
Please seek urgent medical attention if you actually faint, have chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe/persistent headache, palpitations, weakness/numbness, confusion, bleeding, or repeated episodes.

Most probably low BP is the reason for this .But low bp is cause mainly by dehydration [ maintain fluid intake] ,endocrine causes ,anemia ,prolonged fasting and many more  so you should do these tests Cbc,check for glucose level, thyroid test, vit D and calcium levels .
Next Steps
take  adequate fluid don't be dehydrated .eat citrus fruits , eat proper meals avoid fasting .

This sounds like postural dizziness from a brief drop in blood pressure on standing. It is important to assess this properly, especially if it keeps recurring.
Next Steps
Rise slowly, drink enough fluids, and check your BP/pulse lying down and again after standing. If you faint or develop chest pain, palpitations, breathlessness, weakness or severe headache, seek urgent care. You may book a Practo consultation with me for a detailed review.

You're likely feeling faint because your blood pressure dips briefly the moment you stand up, a pattern called postural hypotension.
Next Steps
Get your BP checked lying down, sitting, and standing, and share this pattern with a physician if it keeps happening.
