in my opinion after rct once should go for cap fixation.if not that rct tooth is prone to fracture and chances of reinfection is more
Next Steps
go to nearest dentist and consult them
Health Tips
if tooth fractured is less, then u can go for post and core followed by crown.as crown ia protective assest which helps to maintain the integrity, stablity and increase the function of the tooth

Hi hope u didn’t do the protective cap after root canal treatment . If the teeth is restorable then can do some post and core build up and can be placed a crown . If it’s totally broken then the best thing is to remove it and go in for a fixed replacement solution like implant or bridge

If the crown (cap) was not placed on the rct tooth, there is a high tendency for tooth to break. One x ray would be needed first and then the treatment plan to be carried out.
