Facing problem in falling asleep

It has been 7 straight  days and I wasn't able to fall asleep so it's affecting my daily work routine,I can't do my workout with the same intensity that I used to and it's affecting my skin and everything. I had not faced this problem till now. Requesting assisting from doctors.
