Facing neck pain from last 3-4 months

From last 2-3 months, facing neck pain and sometimes pain radiate to upper back, hand & leg also. Sometimes tingling in hand & leg. xray report attached. Is it normal?  Why facing neck pain from last 2-3 months?

Looks like cervical spondylitis. The nature of pain tell it is radiculopathy means nerve root pain due to some kind of pathology and most common is compression of nerve root. You need muscle relaxant and pain killer along methylcobalamine and pregabalin combinations.
