Your teeth were extracted long ago..most of the space might have been occupied by the adjacent teeth.. still u can replace missing teeth with implants or bridge..For facial symmetry u need to go for orthognathic procedure..with the help of Xray and facial profile we can plan the whole procedure.

Yes you should get them replaced either by Implant,Bridge or denture. Uneven occlusion causes uneven biting ---migration of other teeth in space, gum recession and TMJ joint problem.

Greetings Yes your missing teeth can be replaced although bcz of long span of missing tooth space must have closed due to tooth migration but we can do it anyways.Treatment time I can only tell you after clinical examination. But missing teeth might not be the reason for uneven cheekbones and jawline ..That might be because of variable reasons. You can consult further on personal chat for your uneven facial profile will be requiring your facial pictures for further discussion Thank you Regards Dr Anisha Mehlawat Orth'O'dent Care Jaipur

The molars teeth if removed early in life causes problem of occlusion- meaning how efficiently your teeth meet while biting and while swallowing. It can also cause all the front teeth to slightly shift in cases who have very weak and unhealthy gums. So unbalanced closure can give you headache, neck pain, food getting stuck between your teeth, gums swelling and many other problem. It would never cause facial asymmetry. But nonetheless you should get it replaced because of other problems.

The tooth space might have reduced because of the migration of the adjacent tooth. If so, it becomes difficult, but not impossible

It is highly unlikely that your uneven cheekbones & jawline are due to the missing molars. While you may want to have them replaced if the space has not completely closed that does not seem to be your problem. Your problem should be sorted out by a plastic surgeon.
