Eyes problem

AFTER 2-3 Hours of concentrated work done I feel irritation in both eyes.I tried lubricants like tears plus..but their is no such relif please suggest me what to do

Don't read for 2-3 hours. Give rest to eyes for two minutes after every 20 minutes of close work . Just close the eyes fully & starts recalling one of the best pleasant memories .
