I have eye twitching from past 2 days.. not continuously.. but it is very irritating, any remedies please??

Pl use Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3times a day.pl have vision test and Refraction. Pl take adequate sleep, rest and yoga, and meditation. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
