It looks like a burst chalazion and you also seem to have seborrhoeic blepharitis. Use eye ointment chlorocol-H twice a day on lid margins after cleaning with Luke warm water. Also do warm compresses twice a day. Clean lids with baby shampoo. If this lesion doesn’t resolve then it might need further investigation, so please consider online consult
Health Tips
Look for discharge or any other changes over the swelling.

The lesion seems to be irregular with scaring.   If u had not manipulated it before and it's the same since 3 months... We better rule out other benign and malignant lesions of lids.  It should be examined under slit lamp and should under go physical examination and blood tests if needed....  Consult an oculoplasty consultant only.

Looks like burst chalazion. May be because of it you are not having pain. Don't rub it. Consult ophthalmologist in person. You may need excision of it.

That looks like an active infection of the glands along your upper lid.

Since you don't have any symptoms, you don't have to apply anything. Consult an ophthalmologist nearby to rule out the causes  of such persistent lesion.

This seems to be active as yet. And if it has been persisting since more than 3 months , we need to have an actual physical consult before deciding on the course of action. Until then if its not bothering you, avoid touching it.

It appears to be a wart in eyelid area. It would need surgical treatment for removal mostly from a cosmetic stand point.
